Fees and Commissions 

The following fees and commissions are applicable for 2019

Entry Fee per Artwork  = $5.00 (non refundable).

(no fee applies for junior artists under 20 for years at time of show, maximum of 3 entries)

Acceptance fee per Artwork   = $5.00 (not refundable). 

(no fee applies for junior artists under 20 years at time of show, maximum of 3 entries)

Percentage commission levied on sales = 25%.

Depot Usage Ballarat Depot usage fee per painting $8.00 (paid upon acceptance).

Geelong Depot usage fee per painting $8.00 (paid upon acceptance).
